Acceptance of Base Directives
By accessing GameHub North, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These directives govern your participation in the Deep Ice Division. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately disconnect from the simulation.
Operative Eligibility
Access to GameHub North is strictly restricted to individuals of legal age. You must be at least 19 years old in most Canadian provinces, or 18 years old in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec. Underage access to these social simulations is strictly prohibited.
Nature of the Simulation
GameHub North operates solely as a free-to-play social entertainment platform. No real money is required to access FrostCore Extractor or Cavern Mapper. Any simulation of wagering is entirely fictional and for amusement purposes only.
Virtual Currency Status
Lumen Cores are entirely virtual and hold absolutely no real-world monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, traded, or redeemed for cash, prizes, or services outside of GameHub North. All balances are reset upon the clearing of your local session data.
Intellectual Property Ownership
All visual assets, lore, game mechanics, and the A.R.T.I.E. character are the exclusive intellectual property of Boreal Interactive Simulations Ltd. Operatives are granted a limited, non-transferable license to interact with the platform. Unauthorized reproduction of our proprietary anomalies is forbidden.
Platform Integrity and Abuse
Attempting to manipulate the code of Cavern Mapper or FrostCore Extractor to falsely generate Lumen Cores is a violation of base protocols. We reserve the right to terminate the connection of any operative found using automated scripts or exploits.
Limitation of Liability
Boreal Interactive Simulations Ltd. provides GameHub North 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for session interruptions, lost Lumen Cores, or hardware malfunctions resulting from your access to the simulation. Engage at your own technological risk.
Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to alter, pause, or terminate any sector of the Boreal Anomaly at our discretion. This includes adjusting the payout mechanics of our free games or modifying these Terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from your interaction with GameHub North shall be resolved exclusively within the courts of St. John's, NL.
